This is my go to “bowl” dressing. Great for salads, sandwiches, nourish bowls or even straight veggie dipping. The base is made from tahini also known as sesame seed butter. Tahini is one of my all time favorite health foods. It is full of magnesium, iron, cooper, B vitamins and vitamin E which keep hair, skin and nails healthy, zinc which is needed to repair damaged tissues and produce collagen and phytoestrogens which help balance hormones and maintain strong bones. Did we just find the fountain of youth?! In all seriousness though, this dressing is flavorful, packed with nutrition, salt free, oil free and super creamy.



Creamy Tahini Dressing


  • 2/3 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon about 1 tbsp


  1. In a small bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined and creamy. Option to process in high speed blender for added creaminess. Adjust liquid until desired consistency is reached.
