These raw, vegan, gluten free and guilt free treats are made with 3 simple ingredients that come together in minutes. Super simple and so delicious. I dare you to eat just one!

The recipe here approximate so feel free to have a little fun. I have made these with only 12 dates, used 2 tbsp of cacao powder and only a few tablespoons of coconut for rolling. The end result was super fudgy and crazy decadent!

 

Feel free to experiment, give them a bit of a nutritional boost with hemp seeds, ground flax seeds, add your favorite nuts or nut butter or whatever calls to you!

Raw Coconut Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 20 pitted medjool dates 2 cups
  • 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
